RADI247 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the RADI247 app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

RADI247 provides a health monitoring platform for managing diabetes, pre-diabetes, and hypertension, including real-time data tracking, human-led support from **Global Health Strategists**, and weekly coaching sessions.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (NON-MEDICAL ADVICE)

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. **NEVER** disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or learned from the Service.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. RADI247 personnel are not authorized to provide emergency medical intervention.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

RADI247 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
